Your convention gets to choose the non-profit or "Humanity Issue" it would like us to highlight on the bags (with THINCbean, LLC approval) and on CONVENTION page of THINCbean.com
THINCbean, LLC will gather support for your convention by contacting your market and gaining support for this project...the cost to you, the convention is $0.
THINCbean, LLC will sell display spaces to the list that you supply at a rate calculated based on the number of attendees at your event.
These prices are for the advertisement placed on the bag and our website.
You will then receive your shipment at the address you provide. Total lead time required is 60 to 90 days.
Convention Requirements
1) Convention must supply a contact list which was used to attract booths/displays/vendors to the
convention along with a list of those vendors who are displaying at the convention.
2) Convention must provide THINCbean, LLC with Written permission from the NON-Profit chosen.
In the event a HUMANITY ISSUE is chosen then THINCbean, LLC reserves the right to design/approve the issue.
3) Convention must supply a link from the Conventions web site to THINCbean.com.
4) Convention must provide a fully refundable deposit in the amount of:
500 bags = $1000
750 bags = $1500
1000 bags = $2000
THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED AT THE COMPLETION OF AD SALES!
THINCbean, LLC will contact ALL CONTACTS provided by convention...although it is not anticipated that all ads will not be sold, this deposit will be pro-rated for ads not sold by deadline or completion of contact list. The rate used to calculate will be the ad rate times the ads not sold. In no event will the convention be liable for any amount more than the deposit.
